This is a Pipe fitting with the same size on three sides. The main pipe of these tee is different from the diameter of the branch pipe, and the diameter of the main pipe is larger than that of the branch pipe.

The equal cross is one kind of the pipe cross,  the equal cross means all the 4 ends of the cross are in same diameter.
