CONCEPT OF THREADED NIPPLES
1.Shape: Threaded One End (TOE) , Threaded Both End (TBE)
- ISO7/1 is an international general thread sealing pipe thread, with a tooth angle of 55o and a taper of 1:16. There are two types of internal threads: parallel (Rp) and tapered (Rc), and the external thread has only tapered R, which is commonly used as Rp-R, as shown in Figure a. It is used more in public works, while Rc-R is less commonly used. .
- ISO228 is an international non-threaded sealing pipe thread with a tooth angle of 55o. The inner and outer threads are parallel.
- ANSI B1.20.1 is the American thread sealing pipe thread, the profile angle is 60o (NPT), and the taper is 1:16. Both internal and external threads are tapered, which are commonly used pipe threads in high temperature and high pressure pipelines, and NPT threads are commonly used for AMSE B16.11 threaded pipe fittings. NPT and ISO7/1 (commonly known as BSP), although the tooth angle is different, the 1/2 and 3/4 gears have the same pitch and can be connected to each other.

Threaded pipe fittings refer to threaded pipe fittings, which are made of stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and other materials, suitable for various pipeline connections. The types of threaded pipe fittings can be subdivided into more than a dozen types, covering various forms such as straight connections and bending connections, including threaded elbows, threaded crosses, threaded tees, threaded pipe ferrules, threaded pipe caps, and threaded unions , threaded nipple, reducing nipple, hexagonal male wire, threaded pipe plug, threaded core.
