Common materials of carbon steel forged steel fitings and flange is ASTM A105. WN flange, also called weld neck flange, and the pressure rating contains 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, 2500#.
There are Weld Neck Flange ( WN),Slip-on Flange (SO), Threaded Flange (THD),Socket Weld Flange (SW),Blind Flange (BL),Lap Joint Flange (LAPJ),Plate flange (PL). We also supply alloy steel flanges and stainless steel flanges .
In general, Carbon steel flange, that is, the body material is carbon steel plate or end flange connection. carbon steel pipe fittings and flanges are widely used for applications which do not require materials with higher resistance to corrosion such as stainless steel and alloy steel.

Weld Neck Flange/ WN Flange
A weld neck flange, also called a tapered hub flange or high-hub flange, is a kind of flange that can relocate stress to the pipes, ensuring a decrease in high-stress concentration at the bottom of the flange. There are two welding neck flanges designs – the first type is used with wipes while the second, longer type cannot be used with pipes but with a process plant. The weld neck flange comprises of a round fitting that extends beyond the rim of the circumference. These flanges, typically manufactured from forging, are actually welded to pipes.
300# Forged Steel Flange
A flange can be defined as a method that helps in connecting pipes, valves, etc., to form a full piping system. There are six flange classes ranging from #150 to #2500. Governed by B 16.5 standards, the ASME B16. 5 Class 300 Flange provides a pressure capacity of 300Lb.
